Market Sustainability and Improvement Fund Workforce Survey runs until Sunday 21 May

The Market Sustainability and Improvement Fund was announced in the Government’s Autumn statement in November 2022. The primary purpose of the fund is to support local authorities to make tangible improvements to adult social care services in their area, in particular to build capacity and improve market sustainability.

Please complete this short form, which asks for the number of staff your organisation recruited and the numbers which resigned in April 2023.

The council hopes this is a positive move by the government in recognising the value of care workers and the pressures providers have due to workforce capacity, this is your opportunity to highlight the Devon position.

We would appreciate if you can complete and submit this return no later than Sunday 21 May 2023.
