Introducing the Employee Work Agreement
We have many opportunities for staff to get involved in cross-organisational work or projects outside the normal remit of their job. These opportunities could be within or outside your usual service area and have benefits for you, your department, and the wider organisation. This could be using skills and knowledge which they have but are not using within your current role or learning new skills or knowledge, which you take back to your team.
Colleagues from across the health and care system have come together to encourage other frontline staff to get the flu and COVID-19 vaccinations: Watch this video on YouTube.

16 Days of Action
In England and Wales 1.6 million women experienced domestic abuse in 2020.
