Storm Eunice Update
Thank you for all the work you and your staff have been doing to continue to keep people safe and provide care and support through Storm Eunice.
While the worst of the weather may be behind us there are weather warnings for the weekend, which can be checked at:

At lunch time today there were over 30,000 properties in Devon without electricity and you can see where they are along with precited resolution times at:

We have also been warned to expect sub-zero temperatures in some parts of Devon overnight and there is a possibility that some properties may be without power over the weekend. We will be encouraging people in Devon to watch out for their neighbours who are vulnerable and might be without heating, light or cooking this weekend. When staff are visiting people in their own homes suffering power outages we know they will want to ensure clients are safe, fed and warm and if you are concerned that someone is unsafe at home without power contact us on the following numbers:
