Updated Advice on Recording Omicron self-isolation cases
DfE has updated its 'Addendum: recording attendance in relation to coronavirus (COVID-19) during the 2021 to 2022 academic year' to reflect the self-isolation rules for close contacts of confirmed or suspected Omicron cases. Read more here.

Devon Music Education Hub Special Projects Fund 2020/21
Devon & Torbay Music Education Hubs' Special Projects Fund for 2021-22 will support high-quality music education and performance opportunities. One-off grants of up to £3,000 will be awarded to fund new and existing work by schools, groups of schools, organisations and educational projects that help children and young people in Torbay and Devon aged 5-18 to enjoy, achieve and celebrate through music. Stop and Think: Learning Counterintuitive Concepts
State primary schools are invited to take part in a free project testing a computer-assisted learning programme, Stop and Think, which teaches children counterintuitive concepts in maths & science in Years 3-5 from August 2022 to Summer 2023, funded by the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF).
