Discharge to Assess (D2A) pathway changes at the RD&E

In line with national guidance we have made changes to the D2A model for the acute pathway out of the RD&E in order to improve patient experience.

We have set out what those changes are, which are now in place, on this page. This will support our joint and collaborative working.
