Exemption from Isolation: Risk Assessment form and guidance

Local guidance on the Risk Assessment Framework for exemption from contact isolation for fully vaccinated social care staff in exceptional circumstances has been published.

This includes a Risk Assessment form and instructions for its completion by the managers of staff impacted and can be used with immediate effect.
