Staff vaccinations can still be booked locally
Please note that although the national booking system has now ceased offering first vaccination slots to self-declared frontline social care staff remember, NHS Devon has put local arrangements in place to ensure social care staff can get their vaccinations without using the national booking system.
To book a staff vaccination please email NHS Devon or call 01752 398836.
Changes at the National Booking Services will not affect anyone who has already booked or who still needs to book their second vaccination.
Vaccination booking eligibility message error
Please note that callers, who have made an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination by using the self-declaration process before 31 March and who come to make a change to that booking at this time, will see an on-screen message stating: "You are not eligible”. This is a system error and if they have received a booking confirmation then their appointments will not be cancelled and they should still attend.
