Black Friday online shoppers urged to take care

November 2020

If you are one of the millions who, in the lead up to Black Friday and Christmas, intend to buy products online, a new video has been released to help advise you if you have experienced any problems.

As a result of COVID-19 lockdowns 87 per cent of UK consumers are estimated to have purchased a product online.

The public spends around £2bn a week on online purchases and the sharp increase in online spending has also led to a near doubling of complaints.
