Are you a Friend Against Scams?

You can help protect others, including loved ones and the vulnerable, from being the victim of scams by completing an online awareness course.

Today (October 21, 2020) is the 4^th birthday of national campaign Friends Against Scams (FAS) - It’s a National Trading Standards Scams Team initiative, supported by Devon, Somerset and Torbay Trading Standards.

It aims to protect and prevent people from becoming victims of scams by spreading awareness of the issue.

So far over half a million people have completed the free scams awareness session.

So, if you a few minutes today, please complete the online awareness session – and please encourage others to do the same.
