11 & 12 February 2020 at Dartington Hall, Totnes TQ9 6AL

View the F L Y E R

Applications are invited for a maximum of 20 places on the  ASPIRING HEADS programme. This course is designed to give participants an insight into the reality of headship by exposing them to the issues and problems that are faced on a daily basis, and how the theory of leadership actually plays out in practice. It gives those who are close to headship excellent preparation for the application and interview process, and the opportunity for those who are not sure the chance to reflect on whether this is the best pathway for them.

N O T E  |  DAPH and DASH Executives have flagged concerns and issues raised by schools with senior officers within DCC. We are advised by Charlotte Halliday, HR Business Partner that the priority this week has been the processing of December payroll to meet Christmas deadlines but has given assurances that DCC HROne are discussing what they can do to support schools through this transition.  As soon as there is a clear plan they will share this with schools - at this stage DCC HROne are unable to confirm whether or not this will include further iTrent training sessions.
