Online scams advice

Scams Action is a new service from Citizens Advice giving information and advice about online scams. 

You can contact the service if you:

• think you've found an online scam
• have been scammed online
• want to report an online scam
• are acting on behalf of someone who's been scammed online.

Scams Action will let you know what to do next and give you support.

Block nuisance calls

Do you get lots of nuisance calls, or do you know someone who does?

To help put a stop to these calls, we are loaning out call blockers to those who we feel might benefit from them. Register your interest through Citizens Advice.
