The Early Help for Families in Devon outcomes frameworkThe Early Help for Families in Devon Outcomes Framework (and summarised One Minute Guide) has been created for practitioners to help identify, prioritise and address the needs of those families who have many multiple and complex needs. The Outcomes framework presents both the identifying factors and the significant and sustainable outcome measures applicable to families identified for support and meet two or more of the six key themes (Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, Education and Attainment, Specific Support Needed, Work and Finance, Being Safe, and Physical and Mental Health). The Outcomes Framework forms the goals against which significant and sustained progress will be measured for a family. Read more about Early Help on the DCFP website PREVENT Partnership | Partnership Intelligence FormDevon and Cornwall Police have recently launched their new Partnership Intelligence Reporting Form, which can be accessed via this L I N K The form enables all partners to submit information and suspicions about crime and exploitation directly to Devon and Cornwall Police.
