HR Management System – iTrent update
Work on developing our new Human Resources Management System
(HRMS), iTrent, has been underway since late 2017 following the procurement
exercise where we secured a new system. The iTrent HRMS system will support
Devon County Council, as well as the staff we support in schools, academies and
our external partners that we work with to pay approximately 28,000 staff every
month.
The updated system will be more cost efficient to run,
will require less support and will help us to introduce new ways of working and
new technology | READ MORE

Empty promises - the crisis in supporting children with SEND
In June NAHT sought the views of our members on their
experiences in relation to the education of children with special educational

our online survey, which gave powerful testimony of an education system
struggling to meet the needs of its most vulnerable pupils.
