outlined in a Service Level Agreement (see D R A F T example SLA) to include
rates of reimbursements to the representatives school for meeting attendance
etc. Term of office is typically 2 years.
Nominations to join
the DAPH Executive Committee should be submitted via the online Nomination Form to be received no later
than noon on Friday 29 June 2018.

join the DAPH Executive Committee will be considered at the Annual General
Meeting. In the event that the number of nominations received exceeds the
number of vacancies then a ballot will take place with all members present at
the AGM able to vote.
Want to get involved but have concerns about time commitment and expectations?
Following the recent summer Briefing, a number of colleagues have expressed a willingness to become more involved in the work of DAPH, possibly supporting the Executive committee undertaking representation at meetings where they have a particular area of interest or knowledge. This would not necessarily involve full membership of the DAPH Executive Committee, however communication will be essential to ensure that outcomes and any actions arising at meetings are brought to the attention of the Executive and wider membership. This may offer an opportunity to those colleagues who would like to contribute to and represent views of the primary phase but have limited capacity - if you would like to nominate yourself for a representative role, please note this on your Nomination Form.
If anyone wishes to
discuss the role of DAPH Executive Committee members please contact the DAPH office or a member of the committee (current members are advertised H E R E).
We very much hope you
will be able to join us on 4 July 2018 but in any event we will advise all
member schools of the outcome of this process before the end of this term.
Yours sincerely
Paul Walker
