Welcome to our first edition of our Proud to Care Ambassadors' newsletter. I hope that you’ll find it convenient to receive news and a round-up of the Ambassador events coming up in one bulletin, rather than lots of emails.
We’d like to congratulate John Powell, of Unicare, who has recently become our 100th Ambassador. A big thank you to all our Proud to Care Ambassadors, across care and health, who have attended recent careers events; we really value your enthusiasm and commitment. If you have any questions or feedback, please contact Nic Dunn or Tracy Grant at ProudtoCare@devon.gov.uk

Proud to Care had a chilly start to the year at Princesshay, Exeter City Centre on 5 January. A big thank you to everyone that attended and made the day go quicker!
Our North Devon Ambassadors were kept busy at Green Lanes Shopping Centre at the end of January with a Jobs Fair which was very busy!
We also attended the two-day National Apprenticeship Show at Westpoint which was very well attended. Some great connections were made with young people.
January and the beginning of February have been really busy. Thanks to everyone who attended events.
