Data retention requirements in Arbor MIS – important
Education Data Hub, in consultation with Derbyshire Internal Audit, has shared a document confirming data retention requirements in the Arbor MIS. This has been sent to relevant schools via Perspective Lite July General folder.

Please review the updated school leases document to ensure that the data your school has submitted is up to date. If you have renewed a lease and haven’t informed us of this, or have an annual rolling contract, you will need to submit updated details using the School Leases form if it is showing as expired on the document. Also, if it is showing that outstanding information is required, please submit this to CS.Accountancy@derbyshire.gov.uk
