The Recruit system and job site will be unavailable from 5:30pm on 29 October until 3 November 2025 due to a system migration. During this period, you won’t be able to post or manage job adverts. Please plan recruitment activities accordingly to avoid disruption.
If you have any urgent recruitment needs or concerns during this period, please contact the Traded Recruitment team on tel: 01629 535117 option 1.
For children at your school who have siblings that have all been on holiday together, please submit their penalty notices together in a single PDF file. Each child needs its own request form completed. We have updated the help video on YouTube, as this previously asked for holiday penalty notice requests to be submitted following the one child = one file rule.
We apologise for any confusion this may have caused. For attendance penalty notice requests, please continue to submit separate PDF files for each child, following the one child = one file rule. Where you are sending requests for siblings, please send these together at the same time, so we can process the siblings simultaneously.
As all schools now have their own arrangements to contact parents and carers in the event of closing a school at short notice, such as for snow, the Derbyshire County Council notification service will cease on Friday 25 October 2025.
