SchoolsNet locked documents
Usernames and autumn term passwords, for accessing locked documents published on SchoolsNet, have been issued to headteachers via the Perspective Lite September General folder.
If you haven’t advised us already that you have a new Headteacher in post, to maintain access to important documents, please email cs.web@derbyshire.gov.uk as soon as possible. Schools should review all Perspective Lite user accounts and delete any users who no longer work or require access for their role at the school, in line with our Information Sharing Agreement.
Please ensure new Perspective Lite users have been trained and issued with the user guide, and are aware of the importance of naming documents correctly, in order for delivery to be made to the correct Service in a timely manner.
Please also check July and August folders for any new documents which have been uploaded to your school during the summer break.
The salary scales and allowance rates for 2025 – 2026, and a letter to headteachers regarding the new pay award are now available to view on SchoolsNet.
Ideas for Mode Shift Month, including a PowerPoint for a classroom or assembly presentation, are now available.
