Perspective Lite – new Headteachers from September – reminder

If you haven’t already, please email cs.web@derbyshire.gov.uk as soon as possible if you have a new Headteacher in post from September, so we can update account details and maintain school access to important documents.

Filtering & Monitoring in Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)

Education Data Hub has a new online training course designed to help senior leaders, designated safeguarding leads (DSLs), and governors understand and implement robust filtering and monitoring systems that protect students from online harm. 3 dates available:

Wednesday 24 September 2025 - 3:40pm to 5:10pm

Primary leadership briefings for English, Mathematics and PSHE

The popular and impactful, termly, leadership briefings for primary English, Mathematics and PSHE are now available to book via the Services for Schools website. You can attend these live events in-person or access the recording to watch in your own time.


Building Effective Relationships Together (BERT) Award

Schools are invited to express an interest in the Derbyshire ‘Building Effective Relationships Together (BERT) Award’. The award programme supports schools to deliver up to date safeguarding education and ensure they are compliant with statutory RSE guidance, taking a whole school approach.
