There has been a small change to the SAM sign in screen and as such, a new guidance document has been created. From 24 June 2025 you will notice the sign in boxes have changed slightly. There has been the addition of a button purely for internal Derbyshire County Council employees, the sign in process for providers hasn’t changed, still use your username and password.

Grocery vouchers for eligible families with children
Eligible households will be sent a grocery voucher from the Household Support Fund during the next week. Copies of each child’s unique code will be sent to schools so parents who may not have received their voucher can get the code from their child’s school.
