Please see information and guidance about Perspective Lite user roles which require setting up by schools in Perspective Lite, if they haven’t been already. This is to enable documents to be directed by role where appropriate.
An urgent reminder that the 2024-2025 Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS), if not already submitted (you will have been sent email confirmation from Audit Services if it has been received), must be returned to Derbyshire Audit Services by Monday 31 March 2025, in line with government guidance. Approved SFVS documentation should be sent via Perspective Lite (830nnnn_AUDsfvs).
Suspension data clarification
Please note schools have received 2 suspension audit reports please discard the first one sent on 4 March, the second audit sent on 10 March contains all of your suspension data from September. Please can all schools complete the suspension audit even if no data has to be amended or there have been no suspensions.
When filling in the V6 suspension spreadsheet please check that the DFE number is correct and filled in on the spreadsheet as well as in the file name, that the school name is filled in and when sending it to us via Perspective Lite the file name is correct. The format should be; 830nnnn_INCsusp2025mmdd, where n is the DfE number. Any incorrect V6 spreadsheets will be sent back to school to correct and resend.

My SEND Learning programme – Drop-in sessions
Two free online sessions, delivered in a drop-in format in order to give attendees chance to ask questions and discuss the use of the Derbyshire My SEND learning programme.
In-person workshops designed to engage staff in professional discussions with colleagues and Derbyshire moderators, to moderate a sample of your pupils’ written work and feel more confident in evidencing accurate teacher assessment judgements.
Multiple dates and locations throughout March.
