Specsavers now has the contract to provide vouchers for eyesight tests for display screen equipment (DSE) users. A form with full guidance is available on SchoolsNet for download and completion.
A reminder that schools now need to alert the local authority of each PEX on Day 1 by completing a new Granicus PEX Notification form. A Granicus account should have been set up for school contacts who notify the local authority (if they haven’t already got an account) to enable schools to save a copy of PEX notifications for internal school records.
The Exclusion and Access Team (previously the Inclusion Team) can be contacted on 01629 538809 or 01629 539040 or CS.ExclusionAndAccessTeam@derbyshire.gov.uk for queries or assistance in completing the form.
