Offsite direction and managed moves - update

From 1 September 2024 there is a new process for Offsite Direction and Managed Move notifications via Granicus forms. Please see information regarding the process on SchoolsNet.

Please email: CS.Off-sitedirection@derbyshire.gov.uk with any queries.

Pupil Census: resolving duplicates – important

The majority of schools will have duplicate pupils identified during the pupil census and must run reports to check and resolve this before submitting the census return. Full instructions are included in the User guide for resolving duplicates.

Reminder – Pupils not showing on your SAM reports or showing on your reports after they have left your setting

Have you completed a Child Moving Joining (CMJ) or Child Moving Leaving (CML) transaction? These are files which are created in your Management Information System (MIS), then uploaded to DfE School to School (S2S), advising of changes at your setting.

If you are unsure how to complete a CMJ, you will need to contact your MIS Support Team. If your MIS is Integris, please send a secure e-mail to cs.schoolsupport@derbyshire.gov.uk

If you are certain a CMJ has already been uploaded, please email the details securely to cs.informationenquiries@derbyshire.gov.uk
