The COLLECT test site was made available last week for schools to use until 4pm on Friday 27 September. Schools are strongly advised to load a test file from their management information system (MIS) into COLLECT during the testing process.
Please see the updated Financial regulations, procedures and roles and responsibilities document from School Support Finance.
Further to the notification sent out in the Summer term we are reminding schools that from September 2024 schools will need to alert the local authority of each PEX by completing a new Granicus PEX Notification form. To facilitate this change, please ensure that a Granicus account is set up for school contact/s who notify the local authority on Day 1 of the PEX. This will enable schools to save a copy of PEX notifications for internal school records. Please note that if schools have existing Granicus accounts for Inclusion Panel or TPP then school access is already in place.
The Exclusion and Access Team (previously the Inclusion Team) can be contacted on 01629 538809 or 01629539040 or CS.ExclusionAndAccessTeam@derbyshire.gov.uk for queries or assistance in completing the form.

We’re offering a free tree to all Derbyshire primary and secondary schools in a mission to help plant at least a Million Trees across Derbyshire by 2030 to help tackle the effects of climate change. We’re already over halfway towards our total but would love to add a tree planted in your school grounds to our tree map and totaliser on the Million Trees website.
If your school has already registered, thank you! We’ll be in touch with you soon about the next steps. For those who haven’t yet registered, there’s still time. Simply visit the Derbyshire County Council website and complete the registration by Thursday 19 September.
For more information or to register your interest, please visit the Derbyshire County Council website.
