Further to the earlier alert sent out in the Summer term we need to remind schools that from September 2024 schools will need to alert the local authority of each PEX by completing a new Granicus PEX Notification form. To facilitate this change, please ensure that a Granicus account is set up for school contact/s who notify the local authority on Day 1 of the PEX. This will enable schools to save a copy of PEX notifications for internal school records. Please note that if schools have existing Granicus accounts for Inclusion Panel or TPP then school access is already in place.
Please note the Exclusion and Access Team (previously known as the Inclusion Team) can still be contacted on 01629 538809 or 01629539040 or CS.ExclusionAndAccessTeam@derbyshire.gov.uk for any queries or assistance in completing the form in real time, if schools feel this is helpful.
We are now able to provide an update about the progress of the negotiations in relation to the Support Staff Pay Award for 2024.
If you haven’t advised us already that you have a new Headteacher in post, to maintain access to important documents, please email cs.web@derbyshire.gov.uk as soon as possible. Schools should review all Perspective Lite user accounts and delete any users who no longer work or require access for their role at the school, in line with our Information Sharing Agreement. Please ensure new Perspective Lite users have been trained and issued with the user guide, and are aware of the importance of naming documents correctly, in order for delivery to be made to the correct Service in a timely manner..
SchoolsNet locked documents
Usernames and autumn term passwords, for accessing locked documents published on SchoolsNet, have been issued to headteachers via the Perspective Lite September General folder.
