Important school attendance update information for 2024-2025
Updated school attendance information for 2024-2025, and effective from 19 August, has been uploaded to schools in the Perspective Lite June General folder.
Perspective Lite secure transfer – new Headteachers
Please email cs.web@derbyshire.gov.uk as soon as possible if you have a new Headteacher in post from September, so we can update account details and maintain school access to important documents.
Reports have been sent via Perspective Lite General folder. Please ensure you are using the current guidance dated 2 April 2024 to complete and amend your school’s part time timetable records. Responses should be submitted by 13 June 2024.

Advance information and guidance about the Summer Holiday Activity and Food Programme, including your school’s unique IAM code, has been sent via your Perspective Lite June General folder.
Please complete the Travel Smart Week survey – your responses will influence planning for future campaigns and help us ensure enough resources are available for your school. The deadline for completion of the survey is 25 June 2024.

Secondary Teachers - £20 for your thoughts on Creswell Crags
This focus group will take place online on Tuesday 25 June 2024, between 4pm and 5:15pm. Creswell Crags will pay teachers £20 in return for taking part. You don't have to have visited Creswell Crags before to take part. Register your interest using the Focus Group signup form, and please share with any colleagues who may also be interested.
Children’s Oral Health Campaign
Will you join the Smile Squad and help improve the health of Derbyshire children’s teeth and gums? Public Health has been running an oral health campaign from 13 May 2024 to 13 June 2024, and you can download posters, flyers and social media from their Google drive. For more information contact colleen.marples@derbyshire.gov.uk
The Derbyshire Youth Network (DYN) are supporting Active Derbyshire to help them understand the approaches adopted by schools to support LGBTQ+ students, including and beyond PE. The first step is to consider the current landscape and it would be appreciated if schools could share their thoughts in this short survey, by the deadline of 21 June 2024. If you have previously completed the survey – thank you. Your responses have been collated and will be added to any new ones we receive.
