Reports have been sent via Perspective Lite February General folder. Please ensure you are using the current guidance dated 16 February 2024 to complete and amend your school’s part time timetable records. Responses should be submitted by 7 March 2024.
Guidance, including the timetable for preparing the 2023 - 2024 year-end accounts, is now available to view on SchoolsNet along with other helpful documents.
All transactions you currently use to perform your HR/Payroll, Finance and OrderPoint activities will be now completed via the new Fiori Dashboard from Tuesday 2 April.
User guides for the Fiori dashboard are now available via SchoolsNet, with more to follow. In addition, online training sessions will be scheduled from Tuesday 12 March via Derbyshire learning online, with follow-up sessions later in April after the Easter break.

Schools should note, following a recent review, the revised arrangements for the administration of the Derbyshire County Council long-service awards.
The school admission appeal panel is currently looking to recruit new panel members. For more information about requirements and eligibility please see Derbyshire County Council website.
Schools will need to note a number of legislative changes which will update and improve employee rights with effect from 6 April 2024. These changes will have an impact on requests for flexible working, paternity leave and carer’s leave. HR policies have been updated to reflect these changes as well as other employment developments. An Employment Law update remote briefing session is also available and places can be booked via Services for Schools.
