Suspensions End of Year Data Return
This return is to be completed by the deadline of 30 September 2023. Please complete the appropriate link for your school to submit your end of term suspension figures so we can check all data received is correct.
Primary, junior, infant and special schools form.
Secondary schools form.
Schools must check/update their SEN Co-Ordinator (including any end dates), Newly Qualified Teachers and any Qualifications within SAP in preparation for the forthcoming school workforce census. Please see guidance. Due to payroll lockdown please ensure any updates are completed by the deadline of 29 September 2023.
Please see an important message for all schools that use both Integris MIS and ParentPay. Subscribers will need to login to Services for Schools, then go to the Communications tab to view the message.

Bulletin 04 September 2023.
The latest edition of the Snippet is available now. Articles include data changes, pupil census, reception baseline, top-up funding, national tutoring, CMJs, SBM qualifications, text bundles, suspensions and exclusions, and two important reminders, the Data Sharing Agreement and for schools that pay for their license and support by academic year to check out as soon as possible.
Please see updated letters on SchoolsNet in line with DfE changes from September 2023. Where an exclusion began before 1 September 2023 and the Governing Board Meeting / IRP meeting has not been held the parents must be notified (on 1 September or as soon as possible afterwards) that they may ask the Governing Board or IRP Panel to hold a meeting via the use of remote access. See pages 68/69 paragraphs 254, 255 and 256 of the revised DfE guidance.
Schools can access free period products, accessories, posters and lesson plans from the PHS website, funded by the Department for Education.
The Church of England are offering an NPQ which is tailored specifically towards small schools (under 150 pupils). In addition to being no charge, there is also a financial contribution for small schools. The deadline for applications is September 29.
