To be completed after 21 July 2023 (deadline: 30 September 2023). Please submit your end of year suspension figures via the appropriate link for your school, so the Inclusion team can check all data received correctly: Secondary school form   Primary, Infant and Junior school form.

New provider of School Age Immunisation Programme - IntraHealth

NHS England (East Midlands) has confirmed IntraHealth will take over as the new provider of the School Age Immunisation Programme from 1 September 2023. Schools will be contacted directly by the new provider. For any queries, please contact Stephanie Cook, Head of Vaccination and Screening Public Health Commissioning Midlands (East) or Debbie Williams, Contract Manager at england.midseastphcontracts@nhs.net.
