Winter can be a tough month for many people. The cold, dark and wintery weather can make it hard to feel motivated.
Plus for older and more vulnerable people, cold weather can cause serious health issues.
But help is on hand. The Well for Winter booklet is your personal plan to keep you on track throughout winter.
It's full of useful information including emotional wellbeing, advice and support on keeping warm and well, as well as lots of useful contact information for a wide range of Derbyshire services.
While mainly aimed at South Derbyshire residents, there's still lots of useful information in there for everyone.
You can view, and download, the Well for Winter booklet online here.
The booklet has been funded by the South Derbyshire Partnership and produced by Active South Derbyshire
