The Domestic Abuse Act 2021 gave Derby City Council and Derbyshire County Council the statutory duty to provide support in safe accommodation for victims of domestic abuse and to publish a strategy outlining how they will do this. The draft strategy was published on the Safer Derbyshire website on 26th October 2021.
