Online health and wellbeing support

orcha general

There's lots of online health and wellbeing tools that promise to help you get healthier, but it can be difficult to know which ones to trust.

That's why we've teamed up with Orcha - the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Applications - to provide a searchable, online library of digital health and wellbeing tools.

There's 100s of quality assured apps to download and each one has been checked against a wide range of criteria to ensure it is clinically assured, easy to use and protects your data and privacy.

Visit Derbyshire.orcha.co.uk to search and download apps.

Happy, safe and well New Year everyone

NY

Wishing you all a happy, safe and health New Year's Eve and here's to 2022 being a better year!

If you're planning on some New Year celebrations with friends and family then there's a few easy steps to take to help prevent the spread of Covid-19.

  • Open windows regularly to let virus particles out
  • Wear face coverings where lots of people will be together - you might want to consider wearing one outdoors if attending a large, crowded event
  • Regularly wash your hands and clean any frequently touched surfaces
  • Get your Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters. Book online here.

Dry January

If you, or anyone you know, feels like they need more support around alcohol related issues then Derbyshire Alcohol Advice Service may be able to help.
