If you're the parent or carer of school or college pupils then you're eligible for a free, twice weekly, test.
The Lateral Flow Tests (LFT) are for people with no Covid -19 symptoms.
Families are being encouraged to access the free home tests, and take part in regular testing.
This will help identify people who might have Covid-19 but aren't showing any symptoms as this will help stop the spread.
Secondary school and college students will be tested twice a week, receiving three initial tests at school or college before moving to twice weekly home testing.
Primary school children will not be regularly tested due to low levels of transmission between younger aged children but they need to be tested if they have symptoms.

It’s very important to have both doses of the vaccine.
While the first dose will give you some protection from COVID-19 infection, you will need to have the second dose, so your body can further increase your level of protection
