A busy May and June
Our PCSOs have, in that last few weeks, been supporting patrols in the Sedbergh and Kirkby Lonsdale areas, with the annual increase in visitors attending the Appleby Horse Fair.
The PCSOs have been working hard, helping to keep people safe in their own areas and wider afield, as well holding drop-ins for the communities.

Joining a school celebration of local volunteers and workers
PC Victoria Haley and PCSO Mark Walker spent an afternoon visiting Heron Hill Primary School.
As part of their learning about social enterprise, Year 5 pupils presented a range of products which they had made for a selection of people who volunteer or work in the local community.
The pupils' work was fantastic and we are really grateful to be invited to celebrate the work of local people for this community.
