Drug supply and drug-related crime in Maryport - We need your information
We are asking the public to help us tackle drug and drug-related crime, which is a priority for police and our partners in Maryport.
Drug supply affects the whole community as it can lead to addiction and acquisitive crimes such as burglaries and thefts.
We need help from the community to identify those responsible for supplying drugs and those committing these types of crimes.
Without information from the community, we cannot take action to combat this problem, which people of Maryport tell us is their main issue.
Contact Cumbria Police on 101 to provide any information or, alternatively, contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
Protecting our green spaces - Tackling crime in nature reserves and outdoor areas
Both police and partners are prioritising the tackling of crimes in our nature reserves and outdoor spaces across Allerdale.
This is due to reports of criminal damage in some places.
These areas are vital to our communities, offering a space for individuals and families to enjoy our beautiful surroundings.
Many of these spaces are maintained by charities and volunteers.
Please ensure any damage is reported so that the issue can be monitored.
Keeping children safe online - Our PCSOs offer advice
