A Quick Thank you!
We’d like to thank every school leader that has taken the time to share feedback with us over recent months - whether through LASL, Implementing WELL, by email or in-person. We read and consider every piece of feedback we receive.
Our schools are doing some genuinely great work, and your reflections - both positive and challenging - are helping us build on these strengths and maximise what is already working well, while also identifying where further improvements can be made as we plan for the year ahead. Your voices are heard - thank you.

- Peer Tutoring
- Leading Literacy in Small Schools
- Leading Effective Mixed-Age Classrooms
If you think you could contribute to this publication the please contact Sue Frost, ERA Director at head@ashfield-jun.cumbria.sch.uk by Wednesday 29th April, and she will put you in touch with the EEF team.
