Implementing WELL: Workshop 5
Resources available on the Padlet now
Thank you for being part of last week’s Implementing WELL Workshop 5 with Jonathan Sharples and Jon Eaton. We hope you enjoyed the session, with its focus on supporting delivery, and valued the opportunity to work together again in your collaborative learning community groups.
The workshop recording, presentation slides and all accompanying resources are now available on the Implementing WELL Padlet.
A huge thank you also to the school leaders who generously shared their examples to enrich our discussions - your insights and experiences were incredibly powerful.
Another big thank you to the school leaders who kindly welcomed Jonathan, Jon and the WELL team into their schools. It was fantastic for the team to see your implementation priorities in action and across such a wide range of settings. Your feedback and insights will play a vital role in shaping the structure and offer of the Implementing WELL project next academic year.

Summer Term Networking Event (Cohort 1 & 2 Schools): Date TBC
We are also working with Sally and Jonathan Sharples to confirm a date for a Summer Term networking event for both MITA Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 schools.
This will be an opportunity to share best practice, reflect on programme implementation with schools at different stages of the programme and collaborate on next steps aligned with the Implementing WELL project.
The date and venue for this session will be shared as soon as available.

RAG Self-Assessment Tool (Re-complete): Return by 1st May (Cohort 2 schools only)

These submissions are essential in supporting the programme evaluation and measuring progress against the baselines - set during the initial completion of the assessment - prior to training, in the Autumn Term.
