ELSA Environments Project with Sellafield Ltd Graduates
12 of our schools recently teamed up with over 90 graduates from Sellafield Ltd to transform their ELSA spaces, supported by funding from the Sellafield Social Impact Team. These redesigned environments will play a vital role in boosting pupils’ wellbeing, confidence, and emotional development.
This project is a brilliant example of education and industry working together to make a real difference in our communities. It’s not just pupils who benefit - school staff and graduates alike gained valuable experience in teamwork, problem-solving and community engagement.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Implementing WELL: Workshop 3 on either 26th or 27th November.
This workshop will focus on:
- Defining core components
- Understanding implementation strategies
- Refining problem statements
During the session, we’ll split into learning community groups, lead by leading experts, based on priority focus areas.
