Universal/ Targeted Grant Funding

Implementing WELL: Workshop 3
Implementing WELL: Workshop 3 will take place on 26th/27th November, focusing on defining core components, understanding implementation strategies, and refining problem statements.
Please bring a detailed description of the 'problem' and 'final outcomes' on your Implementation Plan.
|
Several WELL Element Leads will attend to offer direct support for each school’s implementation priority. To get the most from the session, we recommend attending in person.
Ideally, both a member of SLT and the subject lead of your focus area will attend to work directly with the Element leading experts when defining core components and exploring implementation strategies.
Universal/Targeted grant funding can be used to release staff and cover supply costs to support this.
A full workshop schedule, including details of the Element Leads attending each session, is available below. If your school’s focus area is not listed but was included in your Implementation Plan, it will be covered under ‘Other’.
The online workshop on 26th November 15:30 - 17:00 will provide a broader focus on core components and implementation strategies, led by Jonathan and Jon.
Please ensure you book onto the workshop date most relevant to your school’s implementation priority. If you are already booked and need to change your date, please contact school.development@cumberland.gov.uk.
