WELL Plans for 2025/26
Knowing how busy the final weeks of term will be for all of you, this is a short WOW. We will be sending the final WOW of the academic year next Wednesday, 9th July.
Please do look out for it as it will set out all plans for next year. This will include full clarification of evaluation for your 24-25 implementation plans, and expectations for 25-26, including timescales and grant funding arrangements for 25-26.
The evaluation form will be emailed directly to Headteachers with prepopulated detail from your current implementation plan to support completion.

 Implementing WELL Next Steps
It was lovely to see so many school colleagues at our Implementing WELL launch events. Hopefully, you found the workshops helpful and that you are excited about this groundbreaking next phase.
Schools should have received a summary follow up email too, which included the Padlet link. The Padlet includes helpful resources, including the Implementation Climate Health Check, which we are asking all participating schools to complete prior to our next workshops on 29th & 30th September.
The “Two Jonnies” really enjoyed working with you and left enthused about the opportunity ahead. The Development Team is working with us to shape next steps too, which is great!
