For Cumberland Practitioners Only
The Cumberland Safeguarding Hub is launching a new Single Contact Form. The form is used to report concerns about a child or young person, make a request for Early Help/Family Help or make a request for information within Cumberland.
The new Cumberland Single Contact Form will go live on Monday 18th November 2024 at 9am and can be found on the CSCP website: here
Within the new Cumberland Single Contact Form, there are three different types of referrals that can be sent to the Cumberland Safeguarding Hub:
- Referrals from a professional who works with children, young people and families.
- Referrals from an adult (members of the public) with concerns about a child.
- Referrals from a child with concerns.
A number of agencies supported us in the review and production of the new Cumberland Single Contact Form, to ensure that it is useable and fit for purpose. Feedback from practitioners is that the form is more simplified and easier to use.
Important information: if you have saved a link to the old version of the Cumberland Single Contact Form as a favourite, please delete this and refer to the CSCP website for the most up to date version.
