What's new from WELL?
|
With 12 days of the academic year to go, we know that there will be so much going on in your school, and a feeling that there is not enough time.
Your commitment to WELL again this year has been a source of genuine inspiration, and we hope that you have found participation to be of value.
External Evaluation of WELL as a Project
As of today, 75 Headteachers have completed the 2024 external evaluation survey of WELL. Due to a few technical issues experience by some schools, the deadline has been extended until Friday 5th July.
Every evaluation is invaluable so please do complete it if you can.
|
Internal Evaluation of your WELL-funded work
A thank you to the sample of Headteachers that have kindly provided guidance and feedback on a suitable template to enable every school to provide a summary evaluation of your specific WELL grant-funded implementation work from 2021 - 2024.
In response to this support and feedback, we have developed an online form with supportive prompts, and the facility to save and return. You will then be able to submit an evaluation to the WELL team and retain a copy for your school.
A link to this online form will be sent to Headteachers by Friday 5th July from WELL@cumberland.gov.uk and you will have until Friday 18th October 2024 to complete the form.

|
ERA will be offering optional face-to-face and virtual sessions on Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th October 2024 to support completion of these evaluations. Details of how to book these sessions will be shared in the early Autumn Term.

WELL, going forward...
Our application to extend WELL is making progress and we are hopeful to be able to confirm the position before the end of term.
This may need to include an additional WOW next week or as soon as possible, to ensure that all of our valued schools know what is happening and can make plans for next year.
We do have a draft outline, ready to share, should the funding be approved.
