Our Children's Social Care Academy held its first student open evening on Thursday. We has such a fantastic evening sharing information about our ASYE programme, our support and guidance structure to showcase the excellent support we provide here in Cumberland, and our Resourcing team also shared an interview skills workshop to help prepare for the interviews. It was a privilege to meet so many students and we look forward to many of them joining our next cohort.
