Welcome back! Hope you all had a restful Summer.
This is a very brief WOW to welcome you all back and inform you of the WELL Events for 2023/24 that are now available to book on SLA online.
Our first session 'Effective Implementation for New Leadership Teams' is running on Tuesday 26th September 9:00 - 15:30, Whitehaven Golf Club.
This workshop is aimed at New/Early Headteachers, Senior Leaders and Implementation team members to:
- Explore the essential evidence on the professional practice of implementation.
- Develop an understanding of the stages of the implementation process.
- Explore and know how to apply the steps that effective schools take to manage change well and sustain improvement.
- Have access to practical resources and tools to use in your school to support your own school implementation process and school improvement planning.
Please book with the School Development Team if you feel this workshop will support your school.
