WELL Evaluation Survey 2023
On Monday 12th June, the annual WELL Evaluation survey will be sent to Head Teachers directly from the University of Nottingham.
The email subject will show as 'WELL Evaluation Survey' with the email address of noreply@qemailserver.com.
In 2021, 81/118 schools responded to the survey. This was judged to be a good response. Let’s increase this to a great response in 2023. Every completed survey matters. This survey is to be completed by Head Teachers, however, we encourage your implementation team to feed into relevant sections of the survey.
The survey will close at 5pm 30th June.

WOW Spotlight
The WELL team love receiving emails that share positive examples of the difference you make. Dale has been fortunate to visit a significant number of schools this year and comes away feeling proud of the work that the school teams and the young people are doing. We would like to celebrate you all. WOW, our website and social media provides an opportunity to share your achievements.
Over the coming weeks, we would like to spotlight examples of the great practice within your school. If you would like your school to be included in a spotlight focus please email WELL@cumbria.gov.uk.
Please be assured that will not result in a lot of extra work for you!

This term, the sessions will provide an opportunity to explore how effective implementation for school improvement is being developed by participating schools, to question and share ideas. There will also be an opportunity to consider how your professional development strategy will support effective implementation next year.
Please bring a copy of your current working implementation plan.
