Taking a risk-based approach to inspection activity over winter

Feedback on updated Duty of Candour guidance
Earlier this year we gathered feedback on our current Duty of Candour (Regulation 20) guidance. Taking on board what we heard, we have made some changes and are now inviting feedback on new draft guidance.
In response to the comments we received, we have significantly reduced the length of the guidance, introduced flowcharts and tables, and tried to address all the questions we have received from providers since the regulation came into force.
