  • About the offer: Iceland is offering care staff regular access to dedicated online weekly shopping slots. These are every Friday from 9am to 11am, for deliveries the following Monday.
  • Who is it for: Adult social care employees.
  • What do I need to do? Please distribute one of the personal passphrases that has been emailed to you, to each of the employees in your location. This will enable them to access the Iceland priority delivery slots for social care staff.
  • How employees can use the offer:
  1.  Register for an account on Iceland’s website:
  2.  Go to the ‘My Account’ area
  3.  Enter their personal passphrase (made up of three words).

This will enable them to access priority delivery slots for social care staff on a weekly basis.

  • What if I don’t have enough codes? We have allocated a proportion of the 1m codes to each employer based on the size of their workforce.  The allocation of codes is based on Skills for Care’s analysis of the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set. Although we are not able to take into account any updates to workforce data to revise the allocation of these specific codes, having accurate information will ensure Skills for Care are best placed to help implement any similar initiatives in the future. You can revise your data by entering your latest information on the following website:
