Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT) have done some great work to improve equality within their workforce. This is making a real difference in the working environment and the quality of care they provide.

See what patients think of urgent and emergency care services near you

We asked over 50,000 people who received urgent and emergency care in September 2018 about their experiences of care.

Nationally, we found that most people were positive about the care they received and about their interactions with staff. But some people felt that more could have been done to help control their pain and that lengthy waiting times remain a problem.
