CQC's regulatory sandbox

Round two of CQC's regulatory sandbox is now open for applications.

Supported by Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) through its Regulators’ Pioneer Fund, the sandbox is a space where providers and innovators can help shape CQC's approach to regulating innovation.

Round 2 is looking at the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in diagnostic and screening services. If you're a provider working in this area or an innovator developing work in this area we'd like you to join this phase of our sandbox work.

For more information on this work and how to get involved check out our website.

Declare Your Care

Declare Your Care is a year-long campaign encouraging people to share their experiences of care - good or bad - in order to support CQC's monitoring, inspecting and rating of services.

We are currently focusing on children and young people, as we know they do not raise concerns about their care for fear of being seen as a troublemaker, or they don't think it'll make a difference.

Visit our website to find out more, where you can also download posters and other resources to support the campaign.
