Through six expert-led workshops, and personalised one-to-one coaching, you’ll develop the skills and confidence to embed sustainability into every part of your organisation.
The programme is led by experienced business professionals who have successfully run their own organisations and supported hundreds of business leaders, alongside academic experts in sustainability and enterprise.
Green Advantage has supported hundreds of organisations including Mars UK, Great Ormond Street Hospital, National Grid, Birmingham City Council and the Manufacturing Technology Centre, alongside successful SMEs from a wide range of sectors.

Tickets are on sale for one of the biggest nights of the year for businesses and community organisations across Coventry and Warwickshire.
The celebration event for the Coventry & Warwickshire Business and Community Awards, presented by Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce, will take place on Thursday, April 23, from 6.00pm at the Belgrade Theatre.
Over sixty businesses, community groups and individuals from across the region have been shortlisted as finalists for the 2026 awards with winners being announced at the event, which will also include culture, entertainment and food inspired by the city and the county.
And now tickets are available to purchase for the celebration which attracted more than 700 guests last year including businesspeople, community leaders and local politicians.
